Can`t add visa card to itunes

Hi. I added my card to my apple id payment informations section. Itunes charged me 1$. But not added card to payment information. It says check your billing info. Help me guys.

What is the exact text of the message/prompt that you are getting ? And is it a debit or credit card ? Debit cards seem to be less likely to be accepted than credit cards.

For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).

Message is:

Your payment method was declined.

Please click Billing info and update your payment information.

If you cancel you may not be able to buy until this billing issue has been resolved.

It is visa debit card. It is interesting that itunes charged 1$ but i see this message after this happens :/
