Persistent Kernel Panic

We can't get our iMac to start up. A few weeks ago there was a flickering of power. When I went downstairs the next morning I saw the kernel panic on the screen, but it rebooted fine. Now the panic is back -- the computer was frozen so my wife did a force-power-off; when we power it back on we keep getting the below no matter what we try.

Any suggestions?

Many kernel panics are caused by RAM, did you upgrade the RAM yourself of have a third party do it? If so exactly what brand of RAM was in installed in the 2012 27" iMac?
