IOS update 10.03 what happened to my iCloud ico...

AFter IOS 10.0.3 updated on my iPad mini and my iPhone 6,, the icon for iCloud to do back ups is gone

how am I supposed back up anymore?

The iCloud setting was moved from Settings > iCloud to Settings > [username] > iCloud.

Open the Settings app, then tap your username at the top and then tap iCloud.
