How to clean MBP 13 screen?

Hi, I have had my MBP 13 (2017) for a few weeks now, I have been using a small microfibre cloth to clean it and the screen. However I have noticed marks which are not noticeable when the screen is on at a decent brightness but are noticeable in when the content of the screen is black/dark.

I have attached a pic of what they look like. May need to brighten your screen to see it.

Is there a way I can clean the screen or should I seek to take it in store?

If this does not work then I suggest you take the computer to an authorized service center for evaluation.
