help! think my ipad did an update last night an...

I've retried and retried since last night and no go. It won't let me even try to access iTunes. I can't access anything else on the iPad but that screen. I have an ipad2 and it's the latest update

I do not have an ipad2 but have the same problem of not being able to activate

my ipad is doing the same thing
