You cannot. You cannot go back to iOS 10 even with a computer. Apple does not support downgrading of iOS. You are going to have to get used to it.

In the future, before updating to a major iOS change, i.e. 10 to 11, or later, make sure you go to the Apple website and check out the information for that iOS update to ensure that you are willing to update.
