Virus "overemphasized 623"

While using my iPad mini I received the following :

us.overemphasized 623th After using Safari. I couldn't get out of it. It also said that my system was heavily damaged by 4 virus.

I turned off the iPad and waited then turned it back on the next day and the message came back. Can someone help?
