I need to know the "location of notes app data file on my Macbook pro"

I need to restore the data file back into Notes from Time machine

Can anyone help me?

Notes backup is in your library folder. Click on the desktop and hit "command shift G" and type in

~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Notes

You could just backup the "com.apple.Notes" folder.
