Tax invoice email?

Recent got email about a tax invoice for a product, looks like a refund or something as it noted itunes PAYMENT to you.

You are sure that it’s a genuine email from Apple and not a phishing email ?

If it is a genuine email, and if it's not related to a purchase that you did, does it have a return email address to return it to ?
