Need SERIOUS help! Watch not pairing

So a few days ago, my iPhone 6 took a dump, it would not turn on. The 6 was originally paired to my watch. I had to purchase a new phone, iPhone 7 plus, and attempted to pair my watch to it. It asked for an Apple ID password, which I had not used that Apple ID to log in because I could not remember my password (I had it in my notes, which I wasn't able to recover) I have officially locked myself out of that Apple ID that it is asking for, and I have no idea what phone number was used as a "trusted" device. Now I can't use my watch! What do I do??
