Liquid damage

I split a little water on my Mac book air, even with the keyboard cover, it still seeped through. It works great still but 3 buttons don't want to work sometimes and I have to keep it plugged in 24/7 for it to even come on. Suggestions? Try to get it repaired or basically trash it? :(
