T

I went to T-Mobile to return my iPhone 7 which I got only a few months ago. They said they no longer exchange them there. Said I need to make an appointment with apple.  The home, lock botton, plus the screen aren't working. I can't hear music or answer calls or anything with the phone. It's been 4 days. I've reset & all. No water damage or damage at all in fact. How do I get a new phone? Or how do I set up an appointment?
