Logical Volume group redundancies?

I had to rejoin my fusion drive, I think I may have messed something up in the process, It seems like the organization for the folders is off(folder paths lead to enclosing folder paths) so I tried using disk utility and when I try to verify my hard drive it takes me back to my home folder and I can't find my hard drive
