Having problems purchasing on itune

Everytime I attempt to make a puRchase, I get a error code To contact apple/support/itune/ww. I have made several purchases with an itune gift card with my bank card linked and have never had no problems. Can you resolve this issue?

There may have been unannounced changes to the use of certain cards. Follow the instructions; contact them as they ask.
