Has anyone experienced imperfections on the App...

My white ceramic Apple Watch has small grey/silver marks on the enclosure that are not scratches. They are not able to be felt physically on the surface at all and they actually blend into the polished shiny surface.  Imagine a white bowl or sink and lightly dragging a pencil along it, that’s the closest way I can describe the marks.  I have tried everything I can think of to remove them and yet they won’t come off. It’s never been banged around or dropped in anyway. They aren’t on the corners so they aren’t stress fractures either. One marking is actually a squiggle. Any suggestions as to what they are and how to remove them?
