why cant i view my receipt on report a problem

I made an in app purchase in War Wings that I didn't receive. I can see the purchase on report s problem, but I am unable to click the receipt button. It's greyed out.

No clue about the grayed out item. We here are all user volunteers with no access to apple 'systems'
