Apple logo fading on and off will not let iTune...

Apple logo fading on and off will not let iTunes restore it says unknown error (9) or (2003) what can I do to get it back? Woke up one morning to my iPad Air doing this.

Tried hard reboot with no luck

tried changing cables no luck

help please!
