The disk you inserted was not readable by this ...

Hello,

 

I have been using my IMAC with MacOS Sierra.

I saved every file I have ever owned on a Seagate Backup Plus Portable Drive 1TB.

 

So, I plugged in the Seagate Hard drive to a WINDOWs computer and tried to take some files off the drive.

First I was unable to find the drive on WINDOWS computer.

 

I then just decided to plug my hard drive back into my MAC.

 

Now I receive this message

So I tried some programs and noticed this. My hard drive has a extra disk? (disk1s1) ?

Now I use disk utility and see this

I click partition and this comes up.

I cannot do anything. How do I remove that and not loose all my other files??
