Trackpad not working correctly

Having some very annoying issues with the trackpad driver on Windows 10 on my Macbook Pro

Issues include system beeping when scrolling, highlighting text when single clicking. Drop down menus not dropping down (or rather dropping down for a split second then jumping up)

I've checked all the usual windows track-pad and mouse settings.

On the verge of installing windows 8.1 instead. Trackpad on OSX is working fine.

Help.
