iOS 11 lock screen appears randomly on iPad Pro...

Ever since upgrading to iOS 11 (I'm now on 11.02 on all devices), the lock screen has randomly appeared while using an app. I've had it happen in the Kindle app and while playing a card game. Tapping the home button with the correct finger makes it go away. It happens on both my iPad Pro 9.7" and my iPhone 7. Not critical, but annoying.
