iMac 4K Early 2016 Model

I was updating my iMac when a sibling unplugged from power supply. Got it back on using SMC and theirs no OS as it's corrupt or damaged. Now it won't turn on despite SMC and NVRAM resets. What's the best fix?

Boot into Recovery if you can and re-install Mac OS.
