Can't get rid of pop up ads on my MacBook Air!

I have been suffering from pop ups on my Mac for a while now. It happens when I am on safari, chrome, or even when I open the Mail app, a safari window opens with an add. Its always ssp.frwdy.com. I have done all of the things recommended: removing all extensions, uninstalling all suspicious files, downloading Malware Bytes, Ghostly, and UBlock, but the pop ups KEEP COMING!

I really do not know what else I have to do. Please help!

Go to an Apple Store, see a genius, and ask him for a solution. You most likely deleted its files, but not its core files. So, it keeps reinstalling itself.
