i can’t download apps Iphone 8 plus soft ...

hello ! Please help me ! I have problem when i try download apps from appstore. After touch id, the circle keep moving and no install. After i reset the iphone, i can download only one app and then i have the same problem. Please help me, i paid 1000 euro for this phone, is not possible to have problem like this after 2 days.
