Had problem about stuck/keep running rainbow circle on create your account for 30 minutes after installing.

A "rainbow circle" would indicate that the Mac is attempting to process the request that you gave it. If it is doing so for more than a minute or two then something is wrong and needs to be looked into further.

Is this the only issue you are having with your MacBook? That is, are you only having this issue when you attempt to create a new user account?
