Windows 10 upgraded to 10.0.14393 last night and my Drve D is missing

Hi,

I experienced a very bad problem yesterday. the windows 10 system was automatically upgraded to version 10.0.14393 last night and today I found I cannot find my original Drive D in which there are many important documents are saved.

I check the disk management and I found that there is disk0 not allocated (assigned) (See attached picture)

how shall I get my drive D back without destroying my important documents?
