How can I get a refund on an app.

How can I get a refund on an app.  I tried using it and it just isn't what I thought it would be.  It also is hard to master.

Log in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and report an issue. One of the options there is to request a refund.

Note that as per the terms of service of the iTunes Store, all sales are considered final, so they are under no obligation to grant you a refund.
