I used 2 iTunes cards and it took $60

I purchased 2 iTunes cards; 1 for $30 that went through as a balance no problem. Then I put my second one in for $80 and my balance became $50. Before purchasing the cards I spoke with Stacy (one of your representatives) and she told me that I had no balance. 

I would like my $60 back please ASAP.
