how to force quit win 7 updates

Thanks to the DOE and county they wiped computer out, i reformatted and have reinstalled macOS and parallel 12. Only use win occasionally at school, stayed with 7. Began updates and it has installed 160 of 187. Problem, I cannot get it to go past the 160, nor can I get the updater to quit, stop, cease and desist. Computer works fine with the process running, but annoying. mac OS 10.12.x, 16 Gb memory, 500 Gb drive, and using wireless at home as adaptor is at school, and plugged in.
