printing envelope

In my Contacts App I have entered my contact as first name and last name and then below the company name is entered.

Company address is entered in proper field bottom of contact sheet.

When I go to print an envelope, the Company name does not print, only the employee name and the correct address

How do I print the company name below the employee name on the envelope?

Example:

John Doe

Anything Co. Ltd

123 Main St

AnyTown, AnyProvince

It will only print:

John Doe

123 Main St

AnyTown, AnyProvince

I want the company name to print as well.

De-select "Company" in the Contact card. Then, when you print the envelope select the choices shown.

Both the recipient's name and company will be printed.
