All my songs now have a Cloud next to them

I recently copied my iTunes folder from my old PC to a new one.

On the new PC all the songs now have a Cloud next to them and when I open iTunes it says "Now loading your iCloud library"

In addition, some of the songs are greyed out.

Can anyone tell me what is happening and how to get my library back on my PC.

I am an Apple Music subscriber but 90% of my songs are originally from my CDs.

Also, there is no Purchased playlist anymore, even though the songs I purchased are in the library.
