My Iphone was taken 2 nights

My Iphone was taken two nights ago. I logged into find my Iphone, it said the device ws offline. I then set it to device is lost or stolen please call 417***-**** I then monitored it all day yesterday and it was still offline. The app said as soon as it came on it would notify me but never did. This morning I tried to login to another acct that I had on the Iphone and my passwords have been changed.  So i then go to my icloud and my iphone is no longer on my Devices List????
