How do I take someone off my number

I got a new phone and I signed in with my iCloud, but my sister has the same email, whenever she sends somebody something on her iPad it acts as if I am. How would I take her off

Sign her out of the ID she is using on the iPad, create a new Apple ID for her, and have her sign in with that Apple ID.
