Macbook pro11,1(13'' retina 2013 late) got trul...

My Macbook pro bought in 2013, running everything ok for 4 years.

It is Macbook pro11,1 13" retina 2013 late.

Operating system is a very old one,I just updating the System one time since buy it.(sorry forgot the exact version)

Couple days ago I was using chrome then there shows a "operating busy" sign, everything frozen except the mouse.

1.I force to shut down and restart,it shows question mark folder.

2.I try some operation like clear the ram, reboot again, doesn't work.

3.I boot up with "option" button,it shows the disk,I choose it,and everything goes fine.

next day

4.I was using chrome, with just chrome opening, google for something. The all thing happened again.

5.I did the same thing yesterday,it didn't show the disk

6.I try internet recovery,"utility disk" showed no disk but the "base system for recovery"

7.I try reboot certain time,failed.

few days later

8.I went to genius bar,the guy remove the ssd prove it worked separately, and test my Macbook with some program, said my ssd is okay, the logic board is broken.

9.He reinstall the newest operating system(2017) I reboot it certain times, all failed.

few days later

10.I press power to boot up just for trying, and it worked again!all goes fine

11.I go to another genius bar,the guy test my laptop with the same program, and said everything is fine.

He alse reinstall my Operating system to 10.11.6

next day(today)

12.I am using safari,and go out a while(less then 10 minutes),the screen is black,and stay black.

13.I force to shut down, boot up with option, shows no disk.

14.I force to shut down, boot up with option,it shows disk, and i go in.

what happend>

if the hardware is broken,it will stay broken.

I didn't have any thing around my laptop, and with no power.

sorry with my english,it is not my first language.

really need help, the guy in genius bar just told me all is fine.

Hi,

Obviously you have an intermittent hardware issue that the "genius" bar cannot identify. It could be a loose connection. It may well be the logic board, that something soldered on to it has a cracked solder joint, so sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Similar issues have also occurred when the bottom cover has gotten pushed in to the electronics components inside the Mac, sometimes touching and causing issues, other times not. I would take the bottom cover off and see if it works like that. If that's not the issue, try gently checking all the connections to the logic board. See ifixit.com and look up your Mac's logic board for specific directions for each connection. If neither of these work, the other option is to start replacing parts, like the logic board, but that would be costly, and unless Apple does the work and guarantees that's going to fix the issue, might prove ineffective.

thanx,I will try what you say

You're welcome. Hope you'll post back with results.

I haven't  open my MAC(cause I don't have the tools to open it currently),

but I upgrade my OS

mine is 10.11.6,and I upgrade it as AppStore informed me.

Since then(Actually I didn't know if the tow things are related),The problem haven't happen again.
