wifi isnt working with apps

I’ve reset my networks,logged in and out tried other networks and the WiFi says it’s there but none of my apps will connect.What should I do?

wifi don't mean there is internet

it depend on the wifi network and if the wifi network don't allow ports apps rely on they will view it as no internet connection
