Playback of video

I have Music videos set to play in a separate window.

1. Start playback and set video window on top

2. Go to a different app using the Dock

3. Click iTunes in the Dock

iTunes gains focus, the video window is displayed for less than a second and then moves to the back, so its no longer visible.

How do I stop this happening, so that when I return to iTunes I can view the video without having to re-select that window from the menu bar?
