Why the actual software and hardware on all the...

Whatever the equipment is or whichever the software version (newer it is the worse it is...) it makes so much troubles and problems. This is something I can't accept and would like to gest my money back for all the devices I posess. The actual IOS is not even able to recognize the contacts stored in the i-cloud. It mixes them telling me someone else is calling. The number and the person don't match. Can you imagine that? It says someone else is calling and when you pick up it is somebbody completely else. It has erased somwhere about 70% of my contacts and after I re-collected them it has erased some of them again...? You call it software? Really? Even the worst/cheapest devices in the past were far better than this... No "sorry" from them, nothing... Just pay the money for icloud, imatch, etc... Totally dissapointing... It mixes the account on MBP, no way to send an e-mail... It doesn't let you download a free software, just cause your card will expire soon... Can you imagine that?
