Why is there no Photos tab/option in my iTunes ...

So, I was syncing my iPhone 5 and my 1st generation iPad when I noticed there was no Photos tab in iTunes. I was going to sync an individually selected folder, but I just can't figure out how to do that. I don't know if I am missing something completely obvious or something changed with this version of iTunes or what. I can transfer my Camera Roll and PhotoStream photos to my computer just fine (iPad / iPhone - PC), but there isn't an option (that I am seeing) to do the opposite (PC - iPad / iPhone). As there is no Photos tab that I see I can't delete photo albums on my iPad either (only saved photos and photo stream pictures). Below is a screen shot of my iTunes window (i blocked out name & serial number on purpose). Same screen for my iPhone 5, so I just posted the one of my iPad as that is the device for which I would like to sync photo albums.

I am using:

Windows Vista for my PC

iOS 6.1.4 for my iPhone 5

iOS 5.1.1 for my 1st Generation iPad

Version 11.0.4 for iTunes

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Resize the Window... this is a common issue if the iTunes window is not maximized.

I will try this tonight... Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't realize it might not be maximized.

Update: Maximizing the window screen totally worked. I am able to sync individual photo albums now.  Here's a screen shot of the expanded screen with the red circle and arrows highlighting the Photos Tab.
