iTunes on win 10 wont start

Hi ive posted some weeks ago, but the solutions did no good to me. Ive reinstalled like 10 times but it just wont do on my win 10 laptop. Idk what it got against my laptop while it perectly did on my mom's win 10. however i tried again couple mins ago the new version which is 12.7but again same s**t. it brought me the agree window, i said ok now it should do but no. it send these files to recycle bin and does NOTHING.. => now tell me what to do? like i said the solutions posted by turingtest do not include my issue. my itunes wont even start with administrator even tho i am the administrator..so why the **** it wont do? cuz of this issue i'll have to carry 2 pcs with me to sync, is that right? Im very disapointed..my pc is good. its toshiba satellite C55. what can be the possible reason of failing so miserably?
