how to delete analytics data from iPad

Does anyone know how to permanently delete analytics data from iPad without resetting iPad to factory settings?

Same goes for iPhone, if anyone knows how to permanently delete analytics data from iPone without resetting iPhone to factory settings?

I noted some say by syncing with iTune. I did that and it did not work.
