My App Store won’t let me purchase an app...

If you mean that you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then that is not here, these are user forums. To do as instructed :

- go to https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
