Can i delete apps folder  are in iTunes 12.7

Since apps are in iTunes 12.7 no longer available or synced between mac and iPhone, can i delete the apps  'mobile applications' folder on my mac which is still there? Would save me a lot of space... or they still somehow used?

Yes, you can delete the folder. I don't think iTunes will draw on it in future although you could potentially use one of the .ipa files to restore an app to your device that is no longer present in the iTunes store. If you've updated to iOS 11 any 32-bit apps in your collection won't run on the device. You could archive the folder somewhere else, and if you haven't needed it in a year throw it away then.
