Is all day charging good for the MacBook Pro ba...

I have a new 2016 MacBook Pro and i'm going to use it for 6-7 year and i don't want to replace the battery for a lot of money so i want to know that is it bad for it if i charge it when i can, for example all night and all day if i can? I heard that you have to discharge the battery sometimes. But i don't know which choice is the good one so that is why i'm asking it here. Sorry, but i'm really new in the Mac world.

You can leave the charger connected all the time if you want to. The computer will not overcharge. I use mine on battery once in a while but I never let the battery discharge completely.
