Network Share Denied Access after a while

I am currently using Sierra in a windows environment. My MacBook is joined on the domain and everything seems to work fine but here is my issue:

I can access different network shares on my Macbook or Windows 10 PC. Let's say I open a network share and I access different folders back and forth, after a while the folders start appearing with a red - sign and I can't longer access them. Obviously, when that appears it seems like my security access has changed but if I look at the info I still have the same access. I go to my windows PC using the same username and I can access the same folder with no issues.

Definitely, this is not a windows security issue since I can access that same folder from a Windows machine. I can also access it from my MacBook sometimes so I want to know what changes. I want to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation.
