My Ipod Nano Gen. 7

My Ipod Nano Gen. 7 is about a year old, but I haven't used it very much.

Some of the songs I downloaded cut in and out and often skipped from one song to the next on it's own.

I reformatted the ipod, downloaded new songs for the ones that were skipping, and I still have the same problem. This is really frustrating, I had a Nano for 5 years and it finally quit working, so I got this new one and I have not had good luck with it at all.
