Hello.. i need an answer a.s.a.p

is there any possibility i can connect a personal hotspot from my iPad to Macbook Air? please help me.

If your carrier, and the tariff that you are on with, supports personal hotspot you should be able - turn it 'on' on the iPad and your MacBook should see the iPad as a wifi network

Yes. Enable the hotspot on the iPad, then connect the MacBook to the WiFi from the iPad.
