Cannot install the latest version of itunes

Hi Im having this issue with iTunes's latest version's installation. For some reason it wont go thru. This happens for the 1st time. Never had such before..Please help me with it. This is what i get..Ive downloaded from main iTunes's page.. It starts normally like it usually does but then this comes up and i don't know whats the reason of failing. Im using windows 7 home premium. x64 bit.

just i never used to select that option. it was always doing normally without any problem..but ty TT2 it worked

On a Mac or PC?

When installing right click on the downloaded setup file and use run as administrator.

It may also help to pre-install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable.

i clearly stated Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

just i never used to select that option. it was always doing normally without any problem..but ty TT2 it worked
