I can`t find iCloud Drive in my phone

I can`t find iCloud Drive in my phone to enable it and backup WhatsApp conversation. Checked in -> Settings -> iCloud. I have Iphone 5s, last software version

If you don't have the iCloud Drive app on your device, go to the App Store and download it.

If you can't enable iCloud Drive from Settings > iCloud, the first thing I would try is a forced restart:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

It's not in settings.

It's not available from the Apps Store. 

A restart did not help. 

I have the iPhone 5 with the latest iOS updates

What now?

Did you try the Force restart?

Did you go to a computer and click on the link to download the app in iTunes?

You can't download apps anymore in iTunes.  Apple have removed the ability saying it's for music only now arrrgh!
