My iPad Pro is not showing IOS 11 Update

Hi -

I have updated my iPhone to IOS 11, but when I try to update my iPad it says your software is up to date. But it is not - it is 10.3.3.  I have restarted it a few times, but no luck.  i don't know why it's not showing I can update.  Please advise!

Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Check Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (under Storage) and be certain:

• You have sufficient storage - an absolute minimum of 10% of the iPad's total storage free - preferably at least 5GB.
• There are no previous version installation packages indicated there.  If there are, delete them.

Reset the iPad after the above.  Hold the home and on/off buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

If you are using iTunes, you must use iTunes 12.7 or later.

I have over 6 GBs and I did reset until Apple Logo appeared. Still not showing IOS 11 update.    Any other ideas?
