Dock iOS 11 ipad

I don’t know how the gmail app appears in the dock if I disabled the opción of “show the recently and suggested apps”; and also appears with a clock in the corner of it.

Its new for me to see clocks in apps; I’ve only seen numbers in apps but never clocks.

The first five apps are the only that I have in the dock.

Those seem to be something tied to Siri suggestions....in this case she seems to be saying ‘hey, time to check your mail’

I’m not quite sure how to disable it. Personally I don’t use Siri although it is still enabled in restrictions. Under the settings and Siri I also have the siri search turned off. I have yet to see that but no idea if what I’ve done totally disables it or if it’s just a matter of time before it shows up.

I also turned off each app under the Siri and Suggestions.
