Siri can’t change voice tone

I just update iOS 11 iPad Air 2 and I can’t find how to change siri voice. I can’t find the “Siri & search“ or Siri setting. However, I do can access Siri hands free with no probleM. Is there a setting that I should enable in order to ale Siri settings? Please see pictures, it doesn’t have the Siri settings.

Check the settings in General -> Restrictions. Is Siri switched off there?

Hi, thank you for helping me,,,No,it is not off, it’s shows green. This is very strange, it was fine before I did the update... do you know how to let know Apple about this missing settings??? Thanks again
